Shipping policy
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup, in-store pickup is available Monday - Friday 8 am-4 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call the shop to make arrangements.
Shipping in Canada
If you reside in the Ottawa area Local Shipping is $7 flat fee for up to 8 -1cu/ft boxes. If you reside outside of the Ottawa area, shipping by Canada Post Expedited Parcel is available and will come up at checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. There’s no HST on food products but you will be charged HST on the shipping costs.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at accounts@ovgp.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your OVGP products for any reason please contact us and we will figure out a way to keep you satisfied.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at accounts@ovgp.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
